Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive – International English Process to handle global customer interactions. The role involves providing support to international customers via voice, chat, and email, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients in English.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and processes.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of call and communication quality.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM/tools accurately.
• Follow defined SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Meet individual KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, resolution time, and quality scores.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent spoken and written English (international customer handling level).
• Neutral accent and strong communication skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use support tools/CRM.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
