We are a leading International BPO & IT Company, urgently hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for our International Voice Process.

📌 Open Positions Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Freshers & Experienced

Customer Support Executive – Inbound calling experience preferred

Senior CCE (Outbound Process) – Experience in international outbound /Call closures

Team Leader (TL) – Prior experience managing teams in an international Voice process

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Fluent English communication (Mandatory)

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & above

Age: 18 to 45 years

Willingness to work in US/Night Shift

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively

⏰ Shift Timings

Evening Shift (Part-Time): 5:30 PM – 9:45 PM

Night Shift (Full-Time): 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
