Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive fluent in Oriya and Assamese to handle customer interactions and provide high-quality support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across calls, emails, and chats.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls in Oriya and Assamese (Hindi/English preferred as an added advantage).
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards during all customer interactions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
• Required Skills & QualificationsFluency in Oriya and Assamese (both spoken and written).
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations politely and professionally.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
