Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product/service information to customers and assist them in making decisions.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department and follow up until closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling, quality scores, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer support / BPO role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable).
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
