  • Customer Support Executive – (Inbound calling experience preferred)
  • Senior Customer Care Executive (Sr. CCE) – (Outbound international calling & closing skills required)
  • Team Leader (TL) – (Experience in managing teams in international processes
  • Eligibility CriteriaFluency in English (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 12th Pass or above
  • Age: 18 to 45 years

  • Willingness to work in fixed night shifts (US process)
  • Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls efficiently


Shift Timings


  • Evening Shift (Part-Time): 5:30 PM – 9:45 PM
  • Night Shift (Full-Time): 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
