Customer Care Executive

We are hiring for Customer Care Executive for Automobile company for Kolkata Salt Lake Location

Location - Salt Lake Kolkata

Experience- 1 year in Tele Sales

Qualification- Any graduate

Prefer Female

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Explain automobile features, specifications, pricing, and offers
• Generate and qualify leads for vehicle sales
• Schedule showroom visits or test drives for interested customers
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• Coordinate with field sales or showroom teams for closures

• Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or automotive sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English (regional language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
