Job Description
We have job opportunity with MNC BPO company for Customer Care Executive position. where agent have to resolve customer queries over the call.
Must know basic English.
Shift – 24*7 shift for Male Candidate ; In Night Shift timing will be 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM **There is no midnight shift**
For Female Candidates Shifts between 07:00 am to 08:00 pm (Any Nine Hours Shift)
Weekly Offs – One rotational off Per Week
Interview Process – 2 rounds of personal interview (HR & Operation) Followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.
Hindi / Bengali+ English (AVG) - 15 K CTC/ 12.2 K In hand
Hindi + Bengali – 13 K CTC / 10.9 K in hand
Odia +Hindi– 13.6 K CTC / 11.6K In hand + 2 K Language reward
Odia + English – 15 K CTC /12.2 K in hand + 2 K Language reward
Assamese +Hindi / English – 18 K CTC / 14.5 K in hand
