Job Description
Hiring for voice process.
Job description:
- Any 6 days of working rotational
- Any 1 day of Week off rotational
- Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
- Night Shifts/ Day Shift for girls
- Salary -15000 CTC
- Location- Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through voice processes.
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on Calling.
- Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 12th pass outs, any graduates/post-graduates are eligible.
- Candidates should be comfortable in night shifts.
