Job description:


  • Any 6 days of working rotational
  • Any 1 day of Week off rotational
  • Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
  • Night Shifts/ Day Shift for girls
  • Salary -15000 CTC
  • Location- Kolkata



Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer support through voice processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a focus on Calling.
  • Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.


Desired Candidate Profile: -


  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 12th pass outs, any graduates/post-graduates are eligible.
  • Candidates should be comfortable in night shifts.
