Banking Inbound Voice Process (Domestic Voice Process)
Hindi + English (AVG) - 15 K CTC/ 12 K In hand
Hindi + Bengali – 13 K CTC / 10.6 K in hand
Odia +Hindi / English – 14.5 K CTC / 11.7 K In hand + 2 K Language reward
Assamese +Hindi / English – 18 K CTC / 14.5 K in hand +2 K
Shift – 24*7 shift for Male Candidate (in odd time they will get drop) and for Female Candidates Shifts between 07:00 am to 08:00 pm (Any Nine Hours Shift)

Weekly Offs – One Per Week
Interview Process – 2 rounds of personal interview ( HR & Operation ) Followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.
