High-Earning Opportunity for Sales-Driven Onboarding Professionals


AERO VAHAN is active in the Rideshare industry with a 100% Commission-Free platform where drivers (Partners) keep 100% of their earnings. We are seeking motivated and high-performing Onboarding Executives to drive our market entry and rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities


The Onboarding Executive is a frontline brand ambassador, responsible for the entire acquisition funnel in the local market.


Partner Acquisition & Education:

• Actively identify, approach, and engage potential rideshare drivers (Partners) in the local market.

• Clearly understand and explain the AERO VAHAN value proposition—especially the 100% commission-free model—to secure new sign-ups.

• Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure Partners are proficient in using the AERO VAHAN app.

• Guide Partners through the entire onboarding process, including necessary documentation and background checks.


User (Rider) Acquisition:

• Implement strategic grassroots marketing and outreach efforts to encourage local residents to download and use the AERO VAHAN Rider App.

• Organize and participate in local events and promotions to boost brand visibility and user sign-ups.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

• Serve as the eyes and ears of AERO VAHAN in the local market, gathering competitive intelligence and driver/rider feedback.

• Communicate market needs and insights back to the central team to help refine strategies and app features.

Performance & Reporting:

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets for both Partners and Riders.

• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and pipeline status.


Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate is a highly ambitious self-starter with a proven track record in sales or high-volume recruitment.

Required:

• Sales-Driven & Hardworking: A relentless, results-oriented work ethic with a strong desire to achieve high earnings through performance.

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Must be able to clearly and persuasively educate others (Partners and Users) about the platform's benefits.

• Market Savvy: Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, including key neighborhoods and competitor presence.

• Adaptability & Smart Execution: Ability to think on your feet, handle objections effectively, and quickly adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.

• Self-Motivated: Must be able to operate autonomously and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

Prior experience in the rideshare, gig economy, or high-volume field sales/recruitment industries.

• Existing network within the local rideshare driver community is a significant advantage.


Compensation Structure (High-Earning Opportunity)

This role offers a highly competitive fixed and commission-based compensation structure designed to reward high performers generously.

• Commission Model: Earn substantial commissions for every extra qualified Partner onboarded

• Bonus Tiers: Additional performance bonuses for exceeding monthly targets for both Partner and Rider sign-ups.

Uncapped Earnings: Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance—the more Partners and Users you onboard, the higher your income.
