Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure service excellence, and build long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement.

• Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech support) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and implementation support.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on client status and feedback.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or fintech/financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, or fintech platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
