Job Description:

Airtel is hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) for counter sales. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers at the store, understanding their requirements, and selling Airtel products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers at the Airtel store
• Promote and sell Airtel products (SIM, Broadband, DTH, postpaid, prepaid, etc.)
• Explain plans, offers, and services clearly to customers
• Complete customer documentation and activation process
• Resolve basic customer queries and service-related issues
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain store discipline and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
