Job Description
To develop and manage existing clients.
To analyse Client data and improve their decision-making process and product experience.
To be able to work with excel and be fluent in Client communications in English (over emails and calls)
To hold product/application demos for Clients over web-meetings.
To handle and resolve Client requests and complaints.
To act as a bridge between the in-house team and the final Client.
To manage internal team allocated to the CRM for delivering on Clients support requests.
To monitor product functionality
To review analytics and prepare reports.
To aid with innovative ideas to evolve product design and product development.
