Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Relationship Manager to handle customer communication and ensure a smooth post-sale experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, polite, and comfortable working with WhatsApp-based communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and queries through WhatsApp
• Handle customer grievances and ensure quick resolution
• Generate bills from inward orders and maintain proper records
• Greet and interact with customers professionally and warmly
• Send updates, messages, and promotional information to customers
• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and billing experience preferred
• Must be polite, punctual, and customer-oriented
• Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
