Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls and WhatsApp chat.
- Provide regular delivery updates to customers and resolve any order or service-related issues.
- Maintain clear records of customer communication and issues resolved.
- Handle WhatsApp chats and ensure timely and professional responses.
- Make collection calls to follow up on pending payments when required.
- Conduct sales-related outbound calls to update customers about offers, new products, or follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build long-term customer relationships.
