This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy interacting with customers and solving queries with care and clarity ๐
B.Com candidates will be preferred.

The Customer Relationship Manager will manage post-sales client interactions, resolve customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction using CRM tools.
- ๐ฏ Key Responsibilities:
- ๐ค Manage after-sales customer relationships
- ๐ Handle customer queries through calls & follow-ups
- ๐งโ๐ป Provide customer support for banking software users
- ๐๏ธ Maintain customer data in CRM software
- ๐ ๏ธ Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
