Customer Relationship Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Assistant to manage day-to-day coordination between brokers, truck providers, and clients. The role is critical in ensuring timely truck placement, smooth operations, and adherence to delivery TATs (Turnaround Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brokers and truck providers to ensure timely placement of trucks against confirmed loads

• Monitor and maintain delivery TATs, ensuring minimal delays and proactive issue resolution

• Act as a communication bridge between internal operations, vendors, and clients

• Track shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders

• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational bottlenecks

• Maintain records of trips, delays, and performance metrics

• Assist in improving operational efficiency and vendor responsiveness
