Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Kolkata Industry: Real Estate Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will act as the first point of contact for clients, manage inbound and outbound leads, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the sales team throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Follow up with clients regularly to nurture and close leads

Provide project details, pricing, and basic documentation support

Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

Maintain daily call reports, follow-up logs, and lead status

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or higher (Any discipline)

Minimum 0–3 years of experience in customer handling / CRM / telecalling (Real Estate preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

English & Bengali mandatory (spoken)

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up cycles

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in real estate, property advisory, or sales support

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and relationship management

Disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented

Female candidates preferred (optional – include only if required)
