Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator & Lead Generation Executive for our Chemical Industry business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, supporting the sales team, coordinating with clients, and maintaining sales data. The role requires strong communication skills, market research ability, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, databases, and market research.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and track lead status.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for conversion.

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
  • Maintain records of sales orders, client interactions, and sales reports.

Client Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Ensure timely response to client requirements.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain CRM / MIS data for leads and sales activities.
  • Track sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM, and MS Excel
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Basic understanding of chemical products or industrial sales
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales coordination or lead generation, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry
