Interview Venue: Behala (Taratala)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and queries related to home appliances

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Handle billing support and basic store operations

• Ensure proper display and upkeep of products

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Retail Sales

• Age Limit: 20 – 30 years

• Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 (Fresher) – ₹14,000 (Experienced)

• PF + ESIC + Yearly Bonus + Incentives

Working Hours:

• General Shift

• Rotational week off
