Customer Service And Sales Executive

Customer Service (40%)

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding shipment inquiries, rates, and service requests
• Provide quotations and service information to potential clients
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain customer database and update records in CRM

Sales & Business Development (40%)

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients (wholesalers, exporters, B2B prospects)
• Follow up on leads generated through WhatsApp, email campaigns, and referrals
• Pitch PMEX services and convert prospects into clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition
• Coordinate with management for client meetings and follow-ups

Collections & Payment Follow-up (20%)

• Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls and emails
• Maintain payment tracking records and aging reports
• Send payment reminders and coordinate with accounts team
• Ensure timely collection and minimize overdue accounts
