It's domestic ecommerce Inbound voice process.

It's 100% customer service role where candidates have to resolve customer queries over the call.

Designation- Customer Support Associate

Mandatory Criteria-

Min Graduate (Must have marksheets & certificates of 10th, 12th and graduation)

Must have 1 year experience on paper with any BPO industry.

Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process

Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts

No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining

10 hour of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break

5 days of working in a week with 2 rotational week-off

Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

Salary :

Salary for minimum 12 months experience candidate 15,400 K/Month to 16400 K/Month in-hand & 17000-18000 CTC depending on the interview
