Job Description

Job Summary:The Customer Success / Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management. The role focuses on client retention, upselling, and maintaining consistent service quality.


  • Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, product) to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services.
  • Track client usage, engagement, and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
  • Share periodic reports and updates with clients and management.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with client-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
