Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for our client. Our client is a leading Food ingredients retailer, only female candidate to apply for a day shift job.(10am to 7.30pm)

• Follow up on leads provided by marketing team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service throughout the sales process
• Compiling and distributing information
• Responsibility for driving sales
• Stay up to date on developments and share this information with customers and team members.
• Attend trade shows and other events on behalf of the company
• Organizing events and product exhibitions updating databases
• Should be willing to travel for work

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for cosmetics and beauty products

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge

Previous retail experience will be an advantage.

3. Ability to coordinate
4. Fluent in both English & Hindi
5. Prior experience would be an advantage
6. Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Word
