Process : Flipkart Customer Support Executive
1. Job Title: Customer Support Executive

4. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat support.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for order tracking, logistics, and technical support.
Process refunds and escalate issues to higher authorities when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Provide proactive support and suggest solutions for better customer experience.
5. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer service principles.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
