Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company. Candidates with good communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability will fit well into this role. Freshers are welcome, while prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat queries.
  • Assist customers with product/service-related questions, order status, and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team/manager in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support in preparing daily/weekly reports of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum graduate or equivalent (freshers can apply).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer support or call center roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi].
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
