Job Description

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling queries, resolving complaints, and supporting customers through various communication channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


  1. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.

  • Identify and troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
