 Designation-  

o Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile-  

o Have to resolute customer’s query via Call, Email/ Chat

Mandatory Criteria-

o Graduation Mandatory

o Experienced & fresher with good English candidates can apply

o Excellent verbal & Spoken & Written communication skill in English

o Customer orientation

o Fluency in English communication

o Should have a typing speed of 35WPM with 90% accuracy with a Time limit of 5 minutes

o Max Age 35

Payouts –

o Salary for minimum 1 Year experienced candidate in a BPO

o Salary for freshers to minimum 6 months of experience candidate in any service industry

o 100% fixed salary

o Pick up & amp; drop for odd shifts
