- Run live/web demos tailored to client needs
- Provide first-line technical support (phone/email/chat)
- Create quick-start guides & FAQs
You Have:
- 1–3 years of demo/support experience
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or care center
- Understanding of patient handling and support services
