Deliver crisp in-house software demos; troubleshoot and resolve user issues.

You’ll:

  • Run live/web demos tailored to client needs
  • Provide first-line technical support (phone/email/chat)
  • Create quick-start guides & FAQs

You Have:

  • 1–3 years of demo/support experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or care center
  • Understanding of patient handling and support services
