Customer Support Executive

Job Application: Customer Support executive (Hindi Speaking)

We are looking for a Telecaller who is fluent in Hindi and confident in communicating with customers over the phone. The role involves outbound and/or inbound calling, explaining products/services, and converting leads.

Key Requirements

Excellent Hindi speaking skills (mandatory)

Basic understanding of customer communication and persuasion

Ability to handle calls professionally and courteously

Willingness to work with targets and incentives

Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers / handle inbound inquiries

Explain products or services clearly in Hindi

Follow up with interested leads

Maintain call records and basic reporting

Achieve daily and monthly call/conversion targets

Compensation
