Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our fast-growing online fashion brand. You’ll be the voice of the brand — managing customer queries, assisting with orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Handle order-related issues such as size exchanges, returns, and delivery queries.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion customer service (preferred).
- Strong understanding of online order processes and Shopify or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Gmail, CRM tools).
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
