About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our fast-growing online fashion brand. You’ll be the voice of the brand — managing customer queries, assisting with orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Handle order-related issues such as size exchanges, returns, and delivery queries.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion customer service (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of online order processes and Shopify or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Gmail, CRM tools).
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
