Job Title: Customer Executive – International BPO (inbound & Outbound Calls)

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata

Industry: BPO / International Calling(Australia process Solar Appointment Setter)

Morning Shift (5:30am-2pm for male) & (6:30am-2:30pm for Female)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in Australia process Solar Appointment Setter or have experience in Internationbal Voice process.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with Inbound & outbound calling.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description: · A Premium inbound solar consultation booking

campaign catering to Australian homeowners

• Make inbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Important: This is an inbound appointment-setting process, not a hard sales campaign. The caller has already shown interest.

• Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Fixed sunday & rotational Saturday week off as well.
• Working Hours: (Male employees 5:30 am– 2:00 PM) for (Female 6:30am - 2:30pm)
• Salary: 12k-15k+ Incentive
