Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Ability to work in shifts, if required
  • Preferred Skills:Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support role
  • Experience in handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
