Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Domestic BPO – Vodafone Process)

Location: [Newtown, Kolkata]

Process: Vodafone – Postpaid & Prepaid Services

Department: Customer Support / Call Center

Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Any 9-hour shift)



Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our domestic BPO process, handling Vodafone Postpaid and Prepaid Services. The role involves interacting with customers over calls or emails to resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to Vodafone Postpaid & Prepaid services.
  • Assist customers with billing, recharge, network issues, and general service inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
  • Record and document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts between 6 AM to 12 AM.
