Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a USA-based blended process. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with US time zones and handling both voice and non-voice interactions (calls, emails, and chats).

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach to succeed in this fast-paced international support environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries via email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts as per US time zones).
  • Experience in a USA-based or international process preferred (not mandatory).
  • Experience in blended process (Voice + Email + Chat) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding is mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Punjabi will be an added advantage.
  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and high interaction volumes.
