Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to become the first line of connection between PRDGY and its customers. You’ll be responsible for handling customer interactions across email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone calls. Your goal: keep our community informed, engaged, and satisfied—no matter what.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via:
• Email
• Phone Calls
• WhatsApp
• Instagram DMs & Comments
• Resolve complaints, track issues, and coordinate internally with other teams (design, operations, etc.)
• Maintain clear documentation of queries, resolutions, and follow-ups.
• Proactively update customers on order status, shipping delays, and product exchanges.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team members when needed.
• Suggest improvements based on common feedback trends.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable managing multiple channels of customer communication
• Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good understanding of Gen Z & millennial behavior (bonus if you’ve handled DMs or chats before)
• Prior customer service or support experience preferred
