Job Description

We are currently having openings in our Voice Process – 100% work from office.

With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

  • Designation-  

o  Customer Support Associate (CSA).

  • Job Profile- 

o  Have to resolute customer’s query Voice Call

  • Mandatory Criteria-

o  Min HS Passed.

o  Experience can apply

o  Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process

o  Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month

o  Customer orientation.

o  Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts

o  No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining

o  9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break

o  Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

  • Interview Structure-

o  OPS round – General Check

o  Client Round – Video Call

o  Versant Round & Pmaps


o  Pick up & drop for odd shifts
