Job Summary: As a Customer Success Executive at Kadam Haat, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our buyers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns promptly and effectively. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and offer assistance throughout their purchasing journey.

3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.

4. Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and delivery. JD- Customer Success Executive 2

5. Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies, including campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer success management.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce, customer support, or sales.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.

7. Passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in supporting artisans and small businesses.
