Outbound Voice Process - Work From Office

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling outbound calls with business clients generating leads

Ability to understand and explain: Basic of Solar products ( panels, invertors, batteries)

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory

Excellent communication in English

Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience preffered

Knowledge of B2B sales process and client handling

Experience in outbound lead qualification

Freshers can also apply

Salary Structure (CTC)

Graduate + Fresher - 21000 ctc

Graduate + 6months Experience (B2B sales exp) - 23000 CTC

Graduate + 1 year Experience (B2B sales exp) - 25000 CTC

Shift: Any rotational 9 hours between 10am - 11pm, no night shifts

6 days working, rotational 1 week off
