Key Responsibilities:

• Data Maintenance: Updating existing records, ensuring data is current and accurate, and maintaining the database. 
• Record Management: Organizing and managing both physical and digital files and records. 
• Report Generation: Creating and generating reports from the data, as needed by the organization. 
• Clerical Tasks: Handling other administrative tasks like scanning, printing, and filing documents. 
• Data Security and Confidentiality: Protecting sensitive information and adhering to data security policies.
