Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst – MIS is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and managing the organization’s Management Information Systems (MIS). The role involves gathering, analyzing, and consolidating data from multiple departments to produce accurate, insightful reports that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems to support organizational requirements.
• Collect, collate, and analyze data from various departmental sources.
• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure precision, consistency, and reliability of all reports and delivery files.
• Create and manage delivery files for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in reported information.
• Support management with timely and actionable data insights with dashboard.

Technical Skills Required

• Extensive and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, reporting).
• Strong ability to manage large datasets and perform detailed data analysis.
• Experience working with structured data from multiple sources.
