Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Computer Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain transportation and logistics data in our systems. The ideal candidate will support daily transport operations by ensuring records related to vehicles, shipments, drivers, and expenses are correctly maintained and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update transportation data such as trip details, trip expense, delivery records, fuel usage, and driver information
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required
• Assist in tracking shipments and updating delivery status in the system
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and dispatch teams for data clarification
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data security policies
