Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into company databases and systems
• Update and maintain records regularly
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Handle confidential information responsibly
• Prepare and maintain reports as required
• Coordinate with team members for data clarification
• Maintain proper documentation and filing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / 12th pass (as per company requirement)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
