Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data entry and verification tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Review, validate, and process data as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and take appropriate action
• Meet defined productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks
• Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality, information security, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain records and update internal systems accurately
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure process efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Typing speed minimum of 65-70 WPM (mandatory)
