Job Position- Delivery Assistant for E Commerce

Job Location :- PAN India (Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities (E-Commerce Delivery Role):

• Check quality of at least 10% incoming crates

• Ensure proper receiving and stock verification

• Do Quality Check before dispatch to delivery partners

• Ensure on-time dispatch as per schedule

• Track daily delivery associate reports

• Maintain proper temperature during storage & dispatch

• Monitor damages, returns, and credit notes

• Do daily random check of 5 pallets

• Track old stock and avoid expiry issues

• Ensure all crates are properly tracked and returned

• Monitor fill rate and report any gaps

• Coordinate with warehouse, factory, and delivery teams

• Ensure quick unloading of vehicles within time limit

• Follow SOPs (stacking, temperature, handling)

• Visit partner warehouses when required

• Ensure proper POD (Proof of Delivery) and documentation
