URGENT HIRING – DELIVERY PARTNERS (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Kolkata [Kasba, Nagerbazar, Chiner Park]

About the Job:

We are urgently hiring Delivery Partners to join our growing team in Kolkata. Your main job will be to pick up and deliver orders safely, on time, and politely to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and responsibly.
• Maintain good behavior and communication with customers.
• Follow the delivery routes and complete deliveries on time.
• Use and understand the company’s delivery mobile app.
• Communicate with the support team when needed.

Requirements:

• Age: 18 years or above
• Smartphone: Must have an Android phone with internet access
• Documents (Mandatory):
• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
• Valid Driving License, RC Book & Insurance (if you have your own bike)
• Active Bank Account
• Languages: Basic communication in Hindi or Bengali
• Experience: Prior work with Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, or Flipkart is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits:

• Weekly Minimum Guarantee(MG): ₹4500/-
• Duty Time: Mandatory 6 Days working and 51 hours weekly
• Minimum 60 Orders Weekly
• Every Saturday and Sunday Mandatory Login
• Weekly Payments (direct to bank)
• Attractive Incentives for extra deliveries and on special occasions
• Income potential ₹9500/- weekly
• EV-Vehicle Rental Option available if you don’t have your own vehicle
