Delivery Boy Biker

• Package Handling: Accurately load, unload, and organize packages in the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize daily travel routes using GPS or maps to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Delivery and Verification: Transport items to designated locations, obtain customer signatures or other proof of delivery, and verify orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, address questions, and promptly resolve any complaints or discrepancies with the delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and reports, and communicate any issues, delays, or accidents to the supervisor or dispatch team immediately.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g., fuel, tire pressure, oil levels) and keep it clean and well-maintained.
• Payment Collection: Accept and record payments for delivered goods where required, handling cash or electronic transactions accurately.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all road safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Navigation Skills: Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and the ability to use navigation systems effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages (often up to 50 lbs) and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for positive customer interactions and effective reporting.
• Reliability: A highly responsible, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer concerns, efficiently.
