Designation - DGO (Demand generation officer)

Drive quality demand in the field by engaging fabricators, contractors, and influencer networks, converting insights into qualified leads, and ensuring data-driven feedback loops into SFA. Bridge execution between field, sales, marketing, and operations.

Required Skills & Competencies -

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Civil / Marketing / B.Com / Commerce) — preferable.
• 2 to 6 years’ field experience in B2B / project / materials sales or demand generation.
• Technical orientation with ability to understand and communicate product specifics.
• Strong verbal & written communication.

Reporting & Hierarchy

• Reports to: Territory Manager (TM) or ASM
• Liaises with: DSO, Marketing, Technical, Supply chain / logistics
• May coach / guide junior field staff or associates

KPIs & Metrics

• No. of site visits / quality leads generated
• Lead-to-opportunity handover rate
• Completeness of data capture (photos, geo, remarks)
• No. of new influencers / contractors onboarded
• Rate of campaign/sample uptake
• Local-level competitive intelligence closed-loop
