Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, cold calling, social media).

Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling product presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and coverage options of insurance plans.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively pitch insurance solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Proactively identify new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and results. Prepare reports for management as required.
