Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, lead generation, store walk-ins, and online sales. The role focuses on social media marketing, performance ads, content strategy, and marketplace brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business
• Create daily posts, reels, stories, and shorts (fashion-focused content)
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and video titles
• Coordinate with design team for creatives and video content

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

• Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Run campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
• Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
• Optimize campaigns based on data and budget efficiency

Content & Branding

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Plan festival campaigns, sale creatives, and launch promotions
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and barter promotions
• Support YouTube content planning and growth strategy

Lead Generation & CRM Support

• Generate leads for B2B, distributors, retailers, and franchise inquiries
• Manage lead data and handover to sales / telecalling team
• Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns and broadcast messages

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing (fashion / lifestyle preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & basic Google Ads
• Basic understanding of Canva, video editing apps, or creative tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
